Laundry for everybody

Three ways to get your laundry done here

Hand it over, or run it yourself on machines that actually work. Whichever you pick, somebody in this room knows you're here.

Wash, Dry & Fold

Hand it over and get it back washed, dried, folded and wrapped. No sitting in a laundromat. No half a Saturday gone.

The staff who take it in are the same ones who run the floor.

Run it yourself

40 washers and 42 dryers, all new, with bigger drums than what's out there now. Comforters, work clothes, a month of dorm laundry: it fits.

Somebody to ask

First time in a laundromat? Somebody walks you through it: which machine, how much, how long. They come to you first.

Not a locked room with a change machine and a camera.

Drop-off service

Drop it off. Get your Saturday back.

Laundry eats a half day nobody has. So hand the bag to the person at the counter and go do something else with the afternoon.

It comes back washed, dried, folded and wrapped. Not shuffled through a back room by strangers, either. The people who take your items in are the same people working the floor, and your items matter to them.

Clean house, clean clothes, and it never turned into a project.

Clean isn't something we say.

It's the first thing you see when you walk in, and it's still true at closing time.

Walk in, know what to do, walk out

You should not have to decode a laundromat. Here is the whole thing, start to finish, whether you're running the machines yourself or handing the bag over.

  1. 01

    Come in and get greeted

Somebody is on the floor. Tell them it's your first time and they'll take it from there.

  2. 02

    Pick your lane

Self-serve on a new machine, or drop-off at the counter for wash, dry and fold.

  3. 03

Load a drum that fits the load

Bigger drums mean fewer cycles. Bedding and bulky loads go in one machine, not three.

  4. 04

    Leave with it done

Out the door with clean laundry, or back later for a wrapped, folded stack.

There was no nice laundromat around here. Now there is.

Old, dingy, nobody working: that's the laundromat most people in North Augusta have had to settle for. We built the opposite, and we're not going to hedge about it.

  • Cleanest wash in town

Clean machines, clean floor, clean folding tables. It holds up at 9am and it holds up at close.

  • Staff is always here

You're never stuck alone with a machine you can't figure out. Somebody's here every hour we're open, and they come to you first.

  • Laundry for everybody

Self-serve or drop-off, first time or every week, students or families. Same room, same treatment.

Twice the size

A room built for the whole load

40 washers. 42 dryers. All new, all bigger than what's out there now, with new tech on the front of every one of them.

That's the practical reason this goes faster: enough machines that you're not waiting for one, and drums large enough that a week of laundry is a single cycle instead of four.

The one you'd pick even if you had a washer at home.

Things people ask before their first visit

Unsure about a new place, or about handing over clothes you care about? Fair. Here's how it actually works.

I've never used a laundromat. Will someone help me?

Yes. Somebody is on the floor every hour we're open, and helping you is the job, not a favor. They'll show you the machine, the settings and how long it takes.

What happens with drop-off wash, dry and fold?

You hand it in at the counter. It comes back washed, dried, folded and wrapped. The staff who take it in are the same ones who run the floor, so your items stay with people you've met.

Can I fit a comforter or bedding?

The washers and dryers are new with bigger drums than what's out there now, so bulky loads go in one machine instead of being split across several.
