We do not publish a roster of names here, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The team is introduced on request, and in person, the moment you walk in. What we can tell you is exactly what the job looks like.

You should not have to find anyone. Staff come to you, point you at a free machine, and tell you what it costs before you commit a quarter or a swipe.

Your first visit, start to finish

If you have never used a laundromat, or you have used one you did not enjoy, this is what happens here. No guessing, no standing in the middle of the room hoping someone notices you.

  1. You get greeted, not watchedStaff come to you. Tell them what you brought and they will tell you which machine fits it.
  2. Machines get explained onceNew machines, new tech, bigger drums. Someone shows you the settings so you never have to ask twice.
  3. You choose: stay or goRun it yourself, or leave it with us for wash, dry and fold. Same room, same treatment, either way.
  4. You leave with clean laundryFolded and wrapped if you dropped off. Dry and done if you stayed. Then your time is yours again.

The room

Twice the size, and none of it worn out

40 washers and 42 dryers, all new, with bigger drums than what's out there now. A comforter is one load. A week for a family of five is one trip.

Equipment this new is easier on the staff too, which is exactly why they have time to stand on the floor and talk to people instead of nursing broken machines.
